Please make note that during SALES and HOLIDAY SEASONS, orders are in EXCESS. THIS MAY RESULT IN DELAYED SHIPPING TIMES. This can be up to 1 week PAST THE REGULAR SHIPPING TIME FRAME.
All orders are shipped tightly in bubble mailers or boxes via USPS
Tracking Numbers are sent automatically to the email used when order was placed. It is sent when your order is ready to ship, and will update within 48 hours when packages are picked up in bulk by USPS. Please note that if you place multiple orders, they will ship seperately.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
All sales are final and refunds are prohibited due to items being made to order and due to hygienic reasons. PLEASE NOTE that when you make a purchase you are AGREEING with this policy.
Crowned and Exalted is not responsible for packages that are undelivered, misdelivered, stolen, or damaged in transit, provided that they are shipped to the address on the receipt unless otherwise specified by the customer. Should items be undelivered and RETURNED to Crowned and Exalted, a reshipment fee must be paid by the customer for reshipment. If there is a discrepency (wrong item shipped) on the company's behalf with your order, it must be reported within 5 days of recieving your order.
